PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
To our valued customers,
We want to inform you of some important temporary changes to our operations as we prepare to begin the 2025 season. These adjustments are essential to ensure that we can continue to provide safe and enjoyable trips during this period of transition.
What’s Changing?
Accessibility Challenges: Loading passengers with certain disabilities may be more challenging during this period. We will do our utmost to assist and accommodate wherever possible.
Boarding Locations: Where and how you board our vessels may change. We will provide specific instructions at the time of booking or closer to your trip date.
Type of Vessel: For the time being, we will be using RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) vessels instead of our traditional boats, this wont effect the nature of the trips, but the trip may be shorter in duration.
Trip Schedules: Trips will be more subject to change based on sea conditions to prioritise everyone’s safety. The decision on if conditions are suitable to sail will be made by our experienced Skipper, at their discretion.
Why is This Happening?
These changes are due to the closure of the slipway at St. Justinian’s by the RNLI for health and safety reasons. We are actively working on finding a suitable alternative and will keep you updated as soon as a new solution is in place.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our commitment to providing unforgettable experiences remains unchanged, and we look forward to getting you back afloat very soon.
