Navigate around Ramsey Island at sunset

watching the Return of thousands of manx shearwater as the night draws to a close, in an serene environment.

Join us for our 1 1/2 hour evening cruise to see the seabirds and seals as we venture around the spectacular high cliffs of Ramsey Island situated off the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline. The island is home to the Atlantic Grey Seals, and during late August, September and October, their pups.

Our evening cruises depart at 1800, before returning back to the departure point St Justians by 1930. We always recommend passengers wear plenty of warm clothing, as even during the warmer, summer months, it’s always cooler out at sea during the evening.

As we navigate around the island, the sun begins to set. We venture out towards the north end of the Island, giving stunning views of the Bishops and Clerks rocks, which are situated west of Ramsey Island. It is from here, where we witness the incredible passage of thousands of shearwaters as they return to the islands from being out at sea, to their nests.

This unique perspective of being out at the Island during the evening, offers a peaceful environment in which the wildlife heads back to their nests, bays and burrows, offering the perfect opportunity for spotting Ramseys marine and bird life.

We head back into St Justinians, taking with us the evening light. Could you think of a more perfect way to end your day?
